Colchester United Football in the Community are looking to recruit talented football coaches to work within our Female Development Centre Programme. If you are a Football Coach with experience and/or passion for the female game and developing female footballers then this is an opportunity for you!
Colchester United's Football in the Community is a registered charity that provides high quality Sports and Education programmes to 8,000 children, young people and adults each week from across our communities.
This role provides an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated, ambitious football coach to join our progressive Community Coaching Team.
Roles and responsibilities include planning sessions in accordance with our Club Female Development Centre syllabus, delivering as a Lead or Support Coach as part of a Coaching team and constantly reviewing personal and player progression and development.

Sessions in which we are looking to recruitment Football Coaches for our Girls Development Centre are:
Monday (4.30-6pm) @ Shrub End, Colchester (Youth Phase U12-U16)
Friday (5.20-6.50pm) @ Shrub End, Colchester (Foundation Phase U8-U11)
Job Purpose: To deliver high quality football coaching and development within our Girls Development Centre Programme (U8-U16), enabling individuals to develop their abilities, reach their potential and inspire the next generation of senior female players.
Are You Eligible: To be eligible for shortlisting a candidates a desirable qualification would be; FA Level 2 Coaching Qualification, up to date FA Safeguarding and Emergency Aid Certificates. All eligible candidates must have a DBS.
Pay Rate: £10-£15 per hour dependant on experience
