Job Title: Office Administrator
Location: South Manchester
Salary: £23,000 £25,500 per annum (depending on experience)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am 5:00pm (1-hour lunch break)
Start Date: ASAP

We are a dynamic and fast-growing office fit-out company with a turnover of £10 million, proudly delivering high-quality commercial interiors across the North West. As we continue to expand, we re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team in our newly refurbished, modern office space in South Manchester.

The Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a background in construction administration who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys being at the heart of project delivery. Reporting to the Operations Manager and supporting our Project Managers, you ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of administrative tasks across multiple projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Preparing and processing invoices in a timely and accurate manner

  • Compiling and managing O&M (Operation & Maintenance) manuals

  • Supporting the creation and maintenance of Health & Safety files

  • General administrative duties to support project delivery

  • Assisting project managers with documentation and coordination

  • Maintaining accurate records and filing systems

  • Liaising with subcontractors and suppliers where necessary

  • Ensuring compliance with internal and external documentation standards

About You

  • Minimum 3 years experience in an administrative role

  • At least 1 year s experience working within the construction industry (fit-out experience highly desirable)

  • Highly organised with a keen eye for detail

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively

  • A proactive attitude and willingness to support the wider team
