An international law firm with a stellar reputation in the legal industry is seeking a talented and motivated Tax Solicitor to join their dynamic team in London.


This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious solicitor to take the next step in their career and work on high-value, complex tax matters within a prestigious international practice.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Advising on a broad range of complex tax matters, including corporate tax, M&A transactions, real estate tax, and private equity.
  • Providing strategic tax planning advice to multinational clients across various industries.
  • Handling contentious tax issues, including negotiations with HMRC.
  • Collaborating with cross-departmental teams on large-scale international projects.
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships by delivering high-quality, commercially focused solutions.
  • Requirements:


    • Qualified solicitor with 2-5 years PQE in tax law, preferably gained at a top-tier or international law firm.
    • Strong technical knowledge of UK and cross-border tax issues.
    • Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
    • A proactive, client-focused mindset with an ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
    • A commitment to delivering exceptional service and building your expertise within a collaborative team.
